thanksgiving table

for those of you celebrating thanksgiving this week, are you in charge of anything? luckily no one will be subjected to my cooking this year -- a perk of being an out-of-towner -- but i am quite looking forward to eating it [my FAVORITE is the turkey & stuffing, but i'm also super excited for my mom's homemade pumpkin bread this year].

if i were hosting this year, i'd dress up my thanksgiving table a bit. this placecard from ferntree studio is sweet and simple and a cute way to let people know where to go:

here's a fun diy craft -- use fun autumn stamps to decorate paper napkins for a little added touch before guests arrive:

or you could get really crazy and make little individual menu cards for each person. so cute!
