introducing: card to art

fellow paper friends, i'm sure you can relate to me on this: sometimes, i get a card in the mail that is SO pretty, i wish i could just frame it and keep it forever. well, thanks to card to art, you really can turn your card into a bonafide piece of art! (keep reading for a special discount code especially for TSP readers.)

card to art is a unique letterpress greeting card that flips to become a matted work of art. series 1, hot to cold, was the first release of six coordinating designs, and series 2, flowers, just released this week!

each series features a variety of independent designers, who contribute a standalone work of art that coordinates with the rest of the line. the flowers line even includes two designers from the pacific northwest (yay for seattle paper!) -- robynne ray from modern dog and von glitschka from glitschka studios.

the cards come with a built-in mat that makes them perfect for displaying or framing after the recipient receives it. (or, after YOU buy it for yourself. wink.) the cards are sized to fit perfectly into most 5x7 frames.

here's a totally hypnotic video of how it all works:

i think these would be a perfect gift for the stationery lovers in your life. be sure to follow card to art on facebook, and head to card to art's etsy shop and get 15% off all purchases with the code TSP15. happy shopping!
