seattle paper: paperoost paper goods

last weekend i went to bainbridge island for the first time! it was our first ferry adventure since moving to seattle and this one was perfect -- quick boat ride, quaint & beautiful little town, plenty of things to see and (of COURSE!) a great stationery shop to visit. paperoost is a lovely little storefront on madrone lane (right next to a delicious ice cream shop which is convenient if you like to eat like i do ;) filled with beautiful stationery and paper supplies.

also, this isn't really relevant, but the store smelled AMAZING. i have no idea what kind of candle they were burning but i want it for my house. i could have spent hours browsing that shop and probably would have if my husband didn't drag me away. ;) check out paperoost the next time you're in the bainbridge neighborhood!

and, in case you're curious, bainbridge island is a delightful little day trip from seattle. the ferry ride is just 35 minutes -- catch it from the downtown seattle ferry dock -- and once you arrive on the island you can walk right off the boat, up the hill (there are plenty of signs and friendly people to help you navigate) and over to winslow way, the main drag in the city. lots of fun shops (we espcially loved the eagle harbor book co. and blackbird bakery) to explore, plus a farmers market on saturdays! i highly recommend a visit.

seattle is home to amazing stationery shops & printeres! want to see more tours? visit the seattle paper page or start here:
